When I think about my personal and work philosophy, I think about how I have grown up and the work experience that I have had up until this time. I realize that everything that has been taught to me, was for the greater good and is something that will be used in the future. I learned that owning up mistakes and then working to make that mistake better was something that I learned to value as I got older. 

Working in a family business can be difficult at times, but it can also be joyful. While working, I look for ways to make sure that everything gets done correctly. I also make sure that every customer is happy and if a conflict arises, problem solving is the best way to handle the situation. In the work place, sportsmanship and a positive attitude are always the best way to figure out a situation.
